1. Statement of Principle

MediaFetch strictly respects the intellectual property rights of content owners, artists, authors, and broadcasters worldwide. Our platform is strictly an automated format-conversion utility intended for user-owned media, authorized direct streams, Creative Commons works, and public-domain media.

2. No Circumvention Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the European Copyright Directive, and the Indian Copyright Act (1957), MediaFetch does not provide software or technologies designed to circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM), private access gates, paywalls, or encryption technologies.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you are a verified copyright holder or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material referenced or accessible via MediaFetch infringes your copyright, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
2. Identification of the material or URL claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it;
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address;
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner;
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
6. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
